1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ab89 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "Member"). By browsing the ab89 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are voluntarily agreeing to all of the terms set out below.

ab89 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the site after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register as a Member and use the services on the ab89 platform:

• You are managing your own account on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are using this service knowingly and voluntarily.
• You have access to a valid payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• You have not previously been banned from ab89 for any reason.

3 Account Registration

To create an account on ab89, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any false, misleading, or incomplete information is found in the details provided at registration, ab89 reserves the right to close the account immediately.

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts and they are identified, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ab89 may request the necessary documents to verify a Member's identity at any time. This process is in place to protect all our Members and ensure the security of the platform.

• A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport may be requested.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method may be required.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
• All submitted documents are stored with the highest level of confidentiality.

5 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited.

The Member is responsible for all activity on the account — whether authorized or not — until ab89 confirms in writing that the account has been suspended or closed.

6 Deposits

ab89 currently accepts three payment methods for depositing funds: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If you experience any issues with a transaction, please contact the ab89 customer support team.
• Deposited funds will only be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in the Member's name.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Please ensure that the wagering requirements for any applicable bonuses have been met.
• ab89 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
• If unusual activity is found in the balance, additional documents may be requested.

8 Welcome Bonus

ab89 offers new Members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Specific terms must be followed to receive this bonus.

The bonus is applicable only once. If the same person claims the bonus through multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.

9 Wagering Requirements

Before a received bonus can be withdrawn, a specified amount of wagering must be completed. For ab89's welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering — contact the support team for details.
• If you request to deactivate a bonus, all bonus funds associated with it will be cancelled.

10 Bonus Abuse

ab89 is always active in preventing bonus abuse. Any of the following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the account being cancelled:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using planned betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Earning bonuses using third-party payment methods.
• Using automated software or bots.

11 VIP Membership

ab89's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a Member's overall activity on the platform. ab89 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and terms.

12 Fair Gaming Policy

ab89 ensures fair play in all games. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and not predetermined.

• If any Member resorts to manipulation or cheating, their account will be immediately closed.
• ab89 reserves the right to void any payout resulting from a software error or technical issue.
• If a dispute is raised regarding the outcome of any game, ab89's decision will be considered final.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab89 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to modify or hack the game software or systems.
• Fraudulent arrangements with other Members.
• Any violation of local or international law against the platform.

17 Account Closure Policy

ab89 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If evidence is found of a violation of any clause in these Terms.
• If an attempt at fraud or deception is identified.

18 Confidentiality & Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, ab89's decision will be considered final. If any clause of these Terms is declared unenforceable by a court, the remaining Terms will remain fully in force.

ab89 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time through necessary changes or additions. Revised Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. It is the Member's responsibility to review this page regularly.
